Through a pile of worn-out tires, Manuel De Marco explores the fragile relationship between body, memory, and identity. By scattering and reassembling the tires, the performer transforms disorder into an inner landscape, tracing a journey between disorientation and the desire to reconstruct oneself.
Yet, what comes back together is never quite the same. Every reconstruction carries the traces of what has been lived through.
Curated by FISHEAD LAB, the performance invites us to reflect on our need to give form to chaos and find a sense of self, even if only temporarily.
